I live about 40 min from the island....the closest airport (Melbourne international aka Tullamarine)would be ABOUT 2 hours away depending on time of day. Your best bet is to look on www.wotif.com and search on San Remo or Cowes ( they are both towns on the Island). Would also look for a Phillip Island GP website for possible accomodation/ transport info. Otherwise take a tent and see if you can hitch a ride on the day because they all congragate in the main street here and go in convoy. |

Me and the boy have tix for the US Laguna Seca GP in July and the mirs. wants to fly over with me for the PI GP... I tried checking rates in Cowes but the WOTIF site didn't let me check bookings that for out (Past December). Maybe Orbitz or TO.
