I've just discovered Johnny Cash.
I bought the Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison album. It's great!

It's pretty old music 1968. Some 5 years before I was born. But I still enjoy it!

I wonder what music you guys here are into?

Whenever I'm on the forum at home I've got my iTunes playing. And these past few days since I got the album it's been playing Johnny Cash.

hmmm the eagles. another great group, but i've only got one of their songs on my computer. care to guess which?

speaking of seeing musicians in perth , im reminded that i missed the leonard cohen tour when he was down there. i was sad about that.

no punctuation im afraid. im, typing with one hand as the other is chocolately...

Ahh the Eels, haven;t listened to them in a while, loved their beautiful freak album...

We've been listening to ABC Digg internet radio here at work, we struggle with reception in our steel box office. Have always been a TripleJ listener.

Latest favourite would have to be the new album by Megan Washington, man what a voice... As Alan Brough brough said on Spicks and Specks, she is one of only three people to ever bring tears to his eyes through their singing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=feO6pp44_hU

BUT if it's "great music" you want... it's hard to go past Mark Knopfler

hmmmmmmm

so many different styles and so many different likes...

I lean more to a more modern type of music

but I do like a bit of all music... from classical to country rock....

Absolutely right! :)

Hmmm a few youtube vids. Always good.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Mark Knopfler is good. I've got Back to Crimson in the car but it's been played to boredom now. I'll have to put Johnny Cash in the car.

Well I've been told I have eccentric taste with everything from Bon Jovi to Linkin Park on my Ipod that I inflict on helpless apprentices on trips north.
However The Islander by Nightwish gets a repeat nearly every time...
