According to
http://www.bicco.com/bioneem.html It has

Azadirachtin, Iodine, Salanool, Acetate, 3-Deacctyl Salanin, Gedunin, 14-Epoxyazadion.

In it. Iodine is not good in an AP system, I can't imagine Acetate is either. I also expect that Aadirachtin, the active ingredient, might not interact well with yabbies or other crustaceans. From other sites it looks like it may interfere with the molting process in some way.

According to the same source it is pure neem oil and water, so none of the nasty is due to additives.
