I know it's not aquaponics related...but this is my winter hobby. If you watch closely, you'll see the greenhouse in the background at round 0:48

Enjoy the video and keep warm!

A few years ago I leveled out the area and planted grass. During the summer we set up an above ground poo (8000 gal)l in the summer and then in the winter we layout a large tarp and flood it with water. When it's full, it's about 10,000 gallons.

Wow, that pool is huge.. I had a small version of them, but I never knew they got that big, must be pretty tough material.

Fun when something rips a hole in the side. Customer worked out why his pools water level kept droping. The kids had used a pole as a pogo stick while swiming. 40000ltrs to water the lawn so he could patch 3 holes.

The walls in the pool are pretty tough. So far we've gotten 4 seasons from this pool. However, I'm pretty strict on the rules....I don't let anyone bring in sharp objects into it. I even complain if the girls have earrings on!

Someday I want to build a larger AP system and was debating using one of these pools for the fish...They cheap, but if it ruptures, it would be a BIG problem!
