Well I am going for 17 cup winners in 20 years, and actually had 16 straight from 1991 -2006 and 2 places last 2 years so a bit of a cryptic clue to who I am backing this year

Name of a Famous Duck combined with a Herb will give you an Idea if you get the duck and herb and combine them

If it's raining then back number 7 ITSA KAREEM
$1 each way on No 23 Changing of the Guard for a roughy
and a nice safe bet Alcopop No 11

Trifecta, the cryptic horse with No 11 and 23 and if you want to spend a bit more add No 15 Warringah

No worries Nigel
AJ good luck :|
It is a bit Misleading I actually had 14 winners in a row, in 1991 had the winner Let's Elope, in 1992 I was in the bush and tipped subzero but couldn't get the bet on, 1993 was the start of my winning streak officially, I got busted for growing a Caribbean Tomato Plant  and got a fine of $500 on Melbourne Cup Day, so backed a name $20 x $20 and it paid around $25 for the win so ended up just in front, the name of that horse Vintage Crop 8) but it started an amazing run,

rofl

I went in with some mates on a trifecta when Brew won with Kerin Mc Evoy on board many years ago. We we working at a pub at the time, the seven of us rode that horse home so hard in the bar we nearly hurt ourselves. Invested $40 each, got back $450 each, it paid about $3k. In every other state, it paid $20k or thereabouts. Damn South Aussies and the home town horse :geek:

Haven't backed a winner since, but planning on putting the house on your tips for tomorrow, Cheers

As we speak its raining here....my weather station has recorded .5mm in the last 2 minutes. Might be the wet weather tip if this keeps up.

For those of you that don't know, you can view the TAB Form guide on line through the TAB site and you don't have to be a member.

You go into the todays racing....
then click into racing info....scroll down to TAB form guide Online ....and wallah

I am backing Bart Cummings ??? like who wouldn't ...and going for the trifecta and the quartet....I think only one person, a lady on a remote station in Queensland picked the quartet last year...it payed over 1.2 million ???

A mate in town got the trifecta last year...payed out 28 K :blackeye:

Nice mates?
I backed VC too after a friend was also found to be growing some Caribbean tommies.

Good luck to the punters and may there be NO injuries to any of the horses
