So whats going on the pit today, I'm gonna do up a few steaks, a chicken, and some quail, Fish aren't big enough, started them too late this year. :oops: Definitely would have been nice to have smoked catfish TCLinx and the cook's style instead of the store bought steaks.
Might start cutting up the IBC's in prep for the larger system today... maybe just be lazy!
