Has anyone seen this yet? www.freshthemovie.com

In it, Will Allen has a greenhouse with an aquaponics system with tilapia, growing a lot of salad greens, but it seems all his greens are in plastic pots set in a wooden frame lined with plastic for flooding? Just wondered if anyone saw it and if anyone knows what his grow medium is. I watched it last night and was really inspired to get back to work on the barrelponics and hoophouse setup, too much other work the past few weeks to focus.
