Ordered my rainwater tank today from Rainfill, only going for a slimline galv tank which will hold 1400L, but I am getting the matching galv stand and it will look really nice IMO. The guys there were very helpful and it will be ready and delivered in 7-10 days, happy with that. I made sure to drop your name EB and mentioned that I would be grabbing an aqua tank from them soon as well. They should be paying you a comission I reckon... |

Thought I would post some dimensions for you: Got their largest slimline, 800 wide x 1300 long x 1630 high ~ 1400L @ $619 plus matcing stand $95 = $714 total. Aquaplate coating, 20yr guarantee. Apparently going any larger with a slimline tank is not possible as the weight of the water is too great for the straight sides to hold it, so this is the largest size offered. |

Very happy with it, was nice and easy to install and the guys at Rainfill were very helpful. I reckon it looks quite good as well, was going to paint it but I like the galv...

Hahah, yeah I had that thought when I was filling the stand (yes, which is the bit below the tap) with sand. I reckon the stand would make an awesome growbed if you put a bottom on it and a tap fitting. Depending on the space that I end up using, I might get a couple of oval shaped growbeds made up instead of round ones. |

I want to paint something fun on the monster when I have some time (after the repairs, the building, the gravel washing, the fish, the plants..........) |

not sure yet, plenty of time to decide on a theme, prolly some fish and frogs, we got LOTS of those (spent yesterday afternoon chucking them out of the monster so we didn't shovel them) |
