Yeah I heard it was bad. Know a guy from Port Mac who was visiting... just made it out but was driving through deep water to do it! Can only hope it gets better for you guys. flood down here'd be nice, near the reservoirs if it can be arranged. I'm on the top of a mountain, so I should be fine Again I think this pipeline in VIC should be continued all the way up to QLD, then you can set big pumping stations, and drain the floodwaters away. If pumping stations are set on the rivers whose floodwaters rise, the water can be shifted to drought affected areas at only the cost of the power to run it. That way flooding could be limited and we could use our garden hoses once more |

Back out the hill now and my farm at Coffs way up high. Bet my caretakers are glad of that! |

I cant see the fish in that picture , I think theres water quality problems I take it the growbeds are on top of that building ? hehee |

Cubbie Station is an ENORMOUS cotton property in western Qld. Owns the water rights to what appears to be half the worlds water supply |

Did a couple of years out at Walgett and the Cubbie word is definately not a popular name |
