you mean like this?
Code:
you mean like [url=http://down---to---earth.blogspot.com/2009/01/growing-fish-in-backyard.html]this[/url]?

I did it this way:
- write what you want to see on the screen (like "here" or "this")
- highlight what you just wrote, and click the URL button
- after the first url, add a "=" then paste in your link.

hope that makes sense :?

If you click on "Post Reply"...along the top of the new windows is a row of buttons

Place your cursor over the button marked "URL" and in the "Tip" line immediately below, the code is written on how to insert it

Insert URL: ......... or [url=http: etc

1. Click on URL, the Display is [url][/url]

2. backspace the cursor sothat is is between "[URL" and "]"

3. enter"=" then paste in link

4. move cursor one space to right sothatr it is between ']" and "[/url]"

5. type in text message

Example
{url=http://www.backyardaquaponics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=663]whatever you like to put in here[/url]
Please note - first character is "{", this is done to show the actual layout and text
by changing the 1st character to "[" it comes out as
whatever you like to put in here

Note:
you can always put the cursor back over the "URL" button to check the correct syntax

If somebody does something on the forum, and you don't get how, here's a simple tip:
Hit the "quote" button within their quoted text you will find the syntax as denoted by a [] set and all your questions will be answered ;-)
Then cancel your new post creation, unless you want to answer quoting their post ;-)
