How should we do this? Add questions here and you guys edit, otherwise could get some radical material in there from those who don't have a clue, and newbs referring to it.

I'm thinking it should be mod only access. Ideas?

I think you are correct that Mod only access is the go. A single post that can be editted to add new stuff. People who want to add stuff can either pm a moderator or alternativelly we can have a thread with suggested faq stuff that anyone can post to.

Sounds good to me. Easiest way to make it MOD only is to lock it.

You could also post seperate messages with a BOLD question that you have taken from another section from a newbie, then answer it.

When you (MODS) are ready just delete these posts, make your first FAQ post and LOCK the topic

(Bottom left hand side of the screen)

Also make the topic a "sticky" so it always appears at the top of the general banter list
