Had to pull the plugs on just about everything (lightning) Power was going up and down like a yoyo. Gutters overflowing like waterfalls but surprisingly calm re winds and not cold.

About 36ks SE of Perth. Dunno why we didn't get the winds, not often you are in darkness at midday.

I thought was a lot of damage your way as well, good to see you missed out, we didn't get wind either, is 1 good thing about being 200k's from the coast

The rain is good for the gardens :) Nothing wrong with a bit of pride in your locality.
I am currently in Port Hedland, and it's 30degC every day. Nice now, 40+ day after day in Feb/Mar was a bit rich.

Talking about storms, heaps of rain here the last few days. Shame my rainwater tanks are still on their sides.

Power went off for about 6 hours last night. Glad for backup power on the AP system in these situations.

using the 256k radar to see were we live is not telling the truth!
The image should have dogs and cats in the sky!
Well a few 'cause most of them have fallen to the ground.
