Dang, I just drank one cider and I feel loopy :drunken:

In my younger days (like before I could legally drink) it seemed I could drink and drink and some how my metabolism just kept up and I rarely felt more than just a slight buz.

Then I spent some years there in jobs which seem arranged to make one drink way to much way too often (cruise ships and LiverDan.... I mean Riverdance.)

Now I don't drink often and it seems, when I do I really don't dare drink more than one or two.

Sigh, I guess it's just a sign of getting older......But I'm too young to be old (or is that just in my own mind) My body seems to have different ideas.

I suppose it saves me or whoever is buying the drinks money. (that is so long as I'm not already too drunk to realize I need to stop drinking. )

Just a bit of random rambling :drunken:

Just make sure your not so drunk you don't know who's buying the drinks.
AHH ,, Alcohol is the answer .....,, but does anyone remember the question?

I drink several beers daily ,, for health reasons ..... yep it's the only thing stopping me from making my wife and kid's very unhealthy ( joke of cause).

I've always had a very high tolerance to ..... ahhhhh ,, most sunstances that are partaken of at younger peoples parties ( now that is a new one ,, me trying to be Politically correct).
Actually I'm surprised that I live this long after what i did in my teens / 20's.

Now its just beer and cigarettes ,, please no smoking lectures.

For a true list of all my habits please contact my wife .......... but postage of said list will be VERY expensive:)

TCLynx ,, i remember when I was about 20 and thinking ,, far-out , the year 2000 is coming ,, I wonder what it will be like ....., then the wisdom of age kicked in ,, shit I'll be 37 then who cares , that's nearly dead..ROFLMAO

I remember back in the 80s we all used to talk about where we would be and what we would do on new years even 1999. (I guess that must have had something to do with the Prince song.)

All that lead up and now I hardly remember that New Years Eve. -one of those vague recollections that I cold only call up after thinking, well that would have been after quitting that job and moving there so that means the party would have been at so and so's places, oh yea, we weren't paying very close attention and missed the moment, belated cheers.-
Kinda sad huh :?: Wait, No I think I actually did fireworks for New Years that year. I was standing by in the back of a truck while explosions were going off all around watching to see if I was going to need to go put out any fires. So oblivious to the actual moment for that one too.
