So, the system is starting to produce veggies and a benefit is being seen - the veggies are supper easy to clean. No pesticides (of course), but no dirt either.

Sweeter than normal too. Our cooks (yes, we have two, I eat a lot  - okay, we have an office and a home) really like it and are very interested in our system.

Cooks and AP should go together. Cooks like fresh, clean, flavorful foods and AP produces it on the spot. They at least should have a AP herb garden.

Our cooks (yep, we also have two) have also commented on the sweetness and the fact that the veggies are so clean. I'm just keen now to see what they think of the Tilapia

Yep - we have 2 cooks also. Though one of them (me) does a lot less cooking than the other (my wife)
