Mods, When does the Forum's "New Posts 0" heading happen? Should I see it several times a day?

When you log off the forum after having diligently read all the new posts and re-read all the important information ;) the system zeroes your New Post counter. So, when you log back in to re-read all the important information again, because you are diligent ;) your new posts will reflect who has been sharing their AP lives with us.

Sometimes, however, the forum gets tired :? and resets the counter. I have found that if you want to leave the forum open for any length of time with out active participation, it is best to have more than one tab of the internet browser open. Have one set to the Forum page and the other tab is the one you read the new posts on. This way, if you get distracted and have to wander off in the middle of things, you don't lose your place in the new posts.
