:D After watching Gardening Australia last nite, I was very inspired. What a sensible idea! Spent about five hours on the internet last nite, mostly on this site, and we are so going to do this! Small scale of course, when we move to our bigger house on 1/4 acre block next year. I'm starting the scrounge now. :wink:

Hi there Fishmad!

When i first heard about aquaponics there was very limited info on the web. Joels site was the best example of aquaponics on a small scale i could find, and his book.....well lets just say that i didn't find the need to scrounge little tid bits of info off the web anymore! :)

Great thing here is that there are over 100 people with the same goal, and if you're stuck chances are that someone will have an answer.

Hope to hear and see more of you as you scrounge for parts :)

And we're all a bit nuts, but for good reason I reckon! We've seen the results on the tele! Can't reccommend "the book" highly enough. Tried and true.

Hey Fishmad, Welcome. Glad your as nuts about this as we all are. I had to wait 12 years after first hearing about aquaponics. It was Joels site and his book that got me going. See ya around.
