Going to 110ºF today Boyd. personally I'm happy with anything over 32, but not that hot!

I've learned to translate very quickly The good ole' USA seems stuck on the archaic F system... and I am finding the C is a whole lot easier!!

What percent it your humidity? When I visit my family in souther Texas I have no problems with 110F heat as long as the humidity is under 40%... anything above that is miserable no matter where you are....................

Humidity is low, but 110 is hot... very hot for us. in the desert, 40 is not so bad, so dry, 0% but it's going to be hot, and cooking over a bbq searching for a gas or electric bbq atm, cos ppl are bringing over meat... don't wanna be using fry pans!

110 with no humidity is a luxury for A guy who is used to snow and ice 7 months a year our summers get about 28 - 30 c tops........... and maybe for 2-3 weeks.

How bout I DHL you a box o snow for your troubles????? PS (a George foreman grille is wonderful for electric bbq)

yup, got one of them... might find it hard feeding 15 - 20 though I've got a single person one too, could feed 5 ppl at a time...
A whole box? That'd be great, I've never seen so much snow (seriously) except from a very big distance, capping mountains.

Our summers are nice and 25-30 for only a few weeks too, then this damnably infernal weather comes on. I much prefer last weeks rain

Is raining here - but at least I can use my BBQ.

Am doing marinated lamb roasts in the webber (one mustard and herb - bought like that, and the other rosemary, thyme and garlic from the garden). Am also puting 1 or 2 small kangaroo roasts in the webber also. These are bought marinated. Will cook sausages on the gas BBQ for the hoards of kids.

work topped out at 48c the other day, i suspect it would have been 50c but there was a small wind chill factor.
you know it's hot when the flies can't take it, they haven't been too bad for the last week after that hot day, i suspect the heat killed them.

conversion is simple, i was taught the quick and dirty method in flight school (weather reports are generated in an international standard ising c for temps)

convert c to f: take the c temp , double it and add 30 and you have the temp within 2 degrees. works great until you get into the negative temps

for instance 10c x2= 20c +30 =50F

Quadcam, that's close enough, it's actually 5/9(f - 32) where f is degrees fahrenheit

or 9/5c + 32 of course
