I think he was referring to the US made piss water that is mistaken for beer over there.... no offense at all to your beer manufacturers. We have some shockers too though... Hahn Premium Light for one. I understand why you brew your own SD... The only remotely American beer I will drink is Corona, but that is from Mexico... so it doesn't count. Crown Lager, Stella Artois, Little Creatures, Corona, Guinness or Carlsberg.... They're my most popular.... |

It confuses the crap out of Americans over here, they ask for light, and it tastes like crap |

The micro-breweries are making good progress...as opposed to the large brewers which do, in fact, sell goat piss. We have a brewery near here called Dogfish Head which is better than most. Husband especially likes their 90 Minute IPA - a very hoppy India Pale Ale. |

FYI: when I was in the US for a wedding, they served beer from a local microbrewery, something about dogs, had names like 'in heat wheat', '2 dogs', 'Doggy Style' etc. Every1 thought it was fantastic. So I agree with you (despite my distate for anything resembling beer - Scotch on the other hand...) |
