Hi everyone,

I just wanted to start off by saying that I am glad that Ive found this forum because it is a treasure trove of valuable information and insight.

I am currently a student at Penn State University majoring in Business Management/ Marketing & a minor in Horticulture.

When I graduate I plan on starting an aquaponics business and as of now am working on a university funded system for experimentation.

I was hooked on the aquaponics bug when I started keeping planted aquariums about 5 years ago. They consisted of plants and fish in an 'almost' self contained environment completely submerged.

heres a pic: (guess the aquarium volume)

glad to be a part of the forum and im looking forward to learning a lot of new things!

Metric from now on? Then you should spell Litres the Aussie way, not the US way... How would they know how to spell it when they don't even use it?
:-)

Think the problem might be the length of the filename in a "hyperlinked" document/picture....

Think this is the pic......

With American spelling, I have restrained myself in the past, but the irony was too much to let go ;-)
