.. This is confirmed and official, and not the usual crap spam email.. This came from my brother, a CU Manager .. Quote: BPAY is aware of an email circulating, reporting to be from BPAY, advising that your payment has not been successful. Action Required We advise of the following: · This email is not from BPAY · Do not open any attachments · Delete the email from your inbox Please note BPAY never sends out direct email communication to customers. Next Communication No further communication is expected in relation to this issue. A good rule of thumb for any email that has anything to do with money. Never click on the link inside the email (even if your very sure it's correct), always navigate direct to the website. If you follow that rule, you'll never have a problem. Same goes with Paypal, ebay, banks, anything that has access to your money. |
