Ok whilst searching on freezer bait tanks and their filtration/aeration I came across a very redneck catfish site...did I mention red? This is an actual post: "I never understood why you'd need an aerator? Air up a tire with a slow leaking valve stem and put it in your tank. Air it up every few days as needed" Got to love it!

.. I doubt, seriously doubt, that the volume of air in a typical Tyre, would be enough to oxygenate anything much for two days.. .. . |
