Yea, thats right... taxidermy.

So a mate of mine has been into it for a while now, keen fisherman and just an all round weirdo. But anyways, heres his latest gift to me as a return from a gift I gave him.

From our last fishing trip, we delivered to him one of these nice specimens of harlequin..

Which he then proceeded to eat, decapitate and taxidermy the crap out of...

He's in the process of doing a snapper head and no doubt there will be more to come. Am I the only one that thinks this is crazy awesome?

Oh Wow, that IS crazy awesome !

A mate of long ago was a fisherman (worked on the boats)
He brought home a couple of fresh shark jaws (yeah I know) one was about 2ft across and the other was a small one. We just hung it in the sun and it made all the tendons etc hard so it set..

Looked pretty awesome :)

I don't believe in taking animals just for that, but for food as well then that is OK by me
