Anyone read much reddit? they have a section on AP now.. http://www.reddit.com/r/aquaponics/

Man there's alsorts of advice happening on there..

One poor guy had dirty water, hadn't cleaned his media very well and he's been told to:

About the only good advice I could find on there are a link back to BYAP for SLO designs and another link to the IBC of Aquaponics site.

Hi EB
I do read reddit quite a lot, the more specific subreddits the most, and I must say the AP one is the worse.. All kind of advice and ideas. The only times I've expressed something was to plug BYAP (as a whole or a specific thread)..

The one thing that worries me is how most people say you should "fertilize" the FT with chicken droppings / rabbit poo, and someone actually suggested installing a bat box over the FT to "harvest" the droppings. :dontknow: :think: :( :naughty:

I'm surprised they're all not running workshops... or offering commercial training.... :lol:
