so, does anyone own a commercial smoker? i'm considering one of these:

though the $500 bucks seems a little rich at the moment.

I normally use my hooded BBQ, but i'd like something that I can hang stuff in, and control the temp of a bit. im planning on making some smoked sausages (kranskys, bratwurst, etc), and I dont feel like the BBQ will cut it.

anyone have any opinions?

Well there's the "Hark".... http://www.hark.com.au/index.php?route= ... duct_id=79

Often rebadged and sold by Aldi end of November... for $200.... about a $100 cheaper... (minus a shelf)...

Or the Bradley... top of the range... http://www.survivalarms.com.au/componen ... /vmcchk,1/
