so, does anyone own a commercial smoker? i'm considering one of these: http://www.mistygully.com.au/mbproducts.htm though the $500 bucks seems a little rich at the moment. I normally use my hooded BBQ, but i'd like something that I can hang stuff in, and control the temp of a bit. im planning on making some smoked sausages (kranskys, bratwurst, etc), and I dont feel like the BBQ will cut it. anyone have any opinions? |
