didnt make me laugh. Their whole operation undermined by the council leasing them land full of toxic waste. They could have been serving heavy metals to people for years without realising as they assumed thier land was fit for the purpose it was leased.

Sorry I've been out to Ceres..

The concept is Good.. But from their early start of a community Area.. They have gotten to commercial..
I think it has grown beyond a volunteer set-up..

A response..

Here is the Follow up from CERES..

Think a retraction will have to be posted..

CERES.. is not a strictly volunteer based run group.. They have gotten large enough to have STAFF...

Well it's coming on towards a full moon... and traffic, other than the 250+ "bot" guests that seem to be permantly logged in.....has been a bit light....

So as per the normal trolling of one of the other forum operators in such cases... he seems to have stumbled upon this story....and together with a mention of Wilson Lennard (to give a sense of authority by association) posted it to give the impression that his forum is "up to date" with events...

Maybe though he didn't actually read it here, or even on the other major forum.... and perhaps that's why he's just stumbled across it....

Pity, because otherwise he would not only have been aware of it... but he would have actually been able to inform his readers ...

of the response from Ceres.... that casts doubts on the validity of the news article... ... as posted above...

But who cares anyway.. as is usually the case.... You saw it, and heard it hear first folks.... and that's what makes this forum by far and away the best forum...

(wonder how long it takes for him to find this post and comment... I'm itching to bust out the "don't feed the trolls" picture... with appropriate attributation of course... :tongue2: )

nothing wrong at all. My household is a not for profit volunteer organisation, and I'd love it to have staff!
