Today I'm thankful for the stability our family has right now.

We're having turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn pudding, green beans with bacon and onions, cranberry dressing from a can, rolls, cherry pie, pecan pie, and two pumpkin pies. Those won't last as pumpkin pie is my favorite kind!

We made an organic turdukin. It is a chicken stuffed in a duck and then the duck gets stuffed in a turkey. It has cranberry pumpkin bread stuffing in the turkey, Thai basil and walnut stuffing in the Duck, and confetti sweet pepper cornbread stuffing in the Hen. We also made tilapia ceviche and marinated kale salad.
and :drunken: Margaritas :drunken:

We were considering doing a stuffed camel but we had a hard time finding a lamb. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whole_stuffed_camel

My best treat for thanksgiving was a pecan and cranberry pie a friend made...sooooooooo good.

As for turkeys...hmm, bit underwhelming in my opinion.
