How is the weather at your neck of the woods? In Townsville the wet season has finally started. Here we got 75mm last night, and more than 30mm 9am-5pm today. Its still raining. Here is the radar pic for Townsville, about 30 minutes ago. It hasn't changed much since then

Big rains out west (Roma) but just checked our map and it is similar to those brown patches on yours

Hi Jaymie... hope you don't mind being wet... Judging by the sat map it looks like you're in for rain until the weekend. Watch the "blob" over the Kimberleys and stuff around Darwin form down into another low and feed into the "swirl" you can see inland ... an arc of instabilty across the top end from Kimberley to most of QLD With humid wet onshore feeding straight across you into the "swirl" low pressure I figure that patterns going to give good rain across most of NT and the Top end of QLD for a good three to four days, minimum

Hi Jaymie: This morning we got up early to see if the kids are on a snow delay. The kids are still waiting for the bus, wife just had me double-check about it. First accumulation so far this Winter, not even an inch. -4C Can I call you "Mistress" now that you're a Moderator? |
