today I went to see Joel Salatin from Polyface Farms http://www.polyfacefarms.com/ and oh my goodness, what a day!

Joel is so passionate about his farming practices and shared his knowledge so willingly. If you get the chance to see him on his whirlwind tour of Australia, DO IT!!!

Well worth watching a bit about the man, he's written 5 or 6 books as well.. I first saw him in a docco, not that long ago, might have been Food Inc, or something like that..
