Dear All

I want to apologise to all forum members for my grandiose behaviour and delusions late last year. Yes, life was throwing some hardship my way, yes, I was writing myself off trying to deal with things, yes, I lost the plot.

I've never been a hotbed of mental health and by late last year was convinced the whole world was out to get me including you folk who've shown me nothing but love and support despite my shortcomings.

I'm sorry. For my attitude. For thinking I'm better than others. For my delusions of grandeur. For my sarcasm. For my anger.

I apologise.

Sincerely

AA.

I would also like to add my greetings and welcome back. Your exit did seem to come out of left field, so I hope all remains well with you. It's been a while, so can we get an update on your system with pictures ?

Thanks everyone

I only have 7237 posts to catch up on so shouldn't be a problem...

Psyche assesment? The thing I dislike about mental illness is I know I'm being irrational and yet can't seem to stop myself. Most the time I'm ok but sometimes life gets on top and gives me a kick or two.

Thanks for the welcome back folks. System is running well but not much progress due to needing to go and sort myself out.

Business gets the funding this week, professional Aquaponist, aquaponicist?, Aquaponixicist? exorcist? Aquaponderer? Aquaponderosa (see thats a ranch with fish hehe)

Nice to be back, and even on the same planet, I think.

Maybe should breed plants with THCV (Tetrahydrocannabivarin) said to be a clean high. (not that I know)
I'm a reformed smoker ( yeah I know the worst kind) I haven't smoked anything since my 30th 19 years ago.

Pass the brownies please

Well after an over indulgence of everthing on the night as you would expect nothing less on such an occasion, then kneeling in front of and praying to the porcelin gods just about all the following day I thought I should give something up, and as I believed it was smoking all those cigarettes and things that was the main cause and not the alcohol. I decided to give up smoking.
So in answer to your question both a promise to myself and a bad experience.

As a side note since giving up smoking I seem to be able to consume more alcohol quicker ( not wasting time lighting up ). I still have been ill on a few occasions but no where near as bad or for as long

Another real benefit for giving up smoking you can drink more. :)
