I saw a survivorman or man vs wild one night where the prize cut on the porcupine was the skin (minus quills) with the layer of fat undernieth. If I remember right, it was in Africa and they discarded the rest of the animal. Here in Houston subs, we sometimes see coons and armadillo...other then those and squirrels, no other warm blooded animals. Nice video! |
