Yeah great step forward.

i thought id give all an update on my progress.

there was an incident where my Mates birthday was on the 3rd of Nov, i went to the pub for dinner with a few boys and ended up emptying the Keg of coopers. mates had to carry me into the house and perch me up in the toilet (SWMBO Was very impressed) Basically stuck down with alcohol poisoning for a few days, i went blotchy and threw-up for 2 days.

after that was a huge wake up call of WTF are you doing..... i went through days of remorse and feeling shitty at my self, due to my lack of self control knowing very well that i shouldnt have drank so much but i couldnt stop once i had started, and it was pre-meditated.

since then iv had no more than 6 Stubbies in a sitting, and that was only once when i had some freinds over for a bbq.

been having the odd stubb or two here n there defiantly not looking for them and NOT keeping any stock in the house or too any kind of habbit, kinda prefer the water.

Work Breakup will be hard as they boys are relentless about drinking and im very impressionable after 2 pints

we will play it by ear

So all in all im happy with my drinking, not being a regular thing and only having a couple instead of power drinking 13-16 beers Fri-Sat-Sun Arvo/nights and 6 Mon-thurs nights, probly had in total of 11 Stubbies in November (other than the incident)

Just had a week off the drink, and I have been heaps better at my job lol

and its amazing how much faster the brain operates

its not a matter of cutting off it altogether its more the instake at one time instead of 6-9 beers have 1 or 2 and instead of every day do it twice a week

i work for the govenment...the queensland government......

just keep pouring it down my throat....even when i've passed out............
