get a bottle of apple juice from aldi put a top on and drink cider for a few bucks a bottle with virtually no fuss or any added processes.

I have herd of something similar. "Booze in the bottle" kits to use on grape, apple and orange juice.

I finally bottled some of this batch. I cant get any lower than 1.052.

1.102 to 1.052

Alcohol By Volume: 6.56% Standard EQ
Alcohol By Volume: 7.49% Alternate EQ
Apparent Attenuation: 47%
Calories: 353.7 per 12oz bottle
