Well were onto day 10!

and i admit Friday i was in a rotten mood as i wanted to get on the beers!!!!

sat morning i had a Non-Hangover....... which made me grumpy also hahaha

Re Calculated last night got stuck into some choc Pudding with strawberries and Cream.

Today im Fine....... not really hanging for a beer at all just happy to be out and about in the sun, playing with my system and teaching the kids about the AP system :)

Having a lot of trouble generating donations (other than the huge support on here) and im getting very anoyed at the ignorance of people who say "Why Should i sponsor you not to drink" and this is aimed at a few Business owners around who i deal with and work with on a regular basis....

i shall continue to persue them in the aim of getting them to understand its a donation towarsds a cause, not towards me, and that im the one who is Not drinking for the cause to help raise awareness.

the boys are all heading to the pub next week for lunch on fri, so im going to print out a Donation sheet and even if they write down a donation of my beer for each shout and then i will donate my shout each round....

well upto day 16! (really 18 cos i started 2 days early)

feeling a bit rundown this week, working heaps and finding it hard to wind down after a hard slog at work without some beers, this inturn is hindering sleep at the moment and making me a touch grouchy.

been a few moments where i could have near drank a hot VB but iv pushed through and stayed strong.

there was a fun moment when the boys at the powdercoaters brought me out a beer and tried to push me into it "we wont tell anyone" etc... while they were swilling them down, to then find out they are running a bet with there boss that they will get me to crack... that was farking hard as i could smell cold crownies!!!

Also lost my appetite which isnt a bad thing when i need to drop 15-20kg.

Supposed to be working today but i really need the day off, recharge will just work tomorrow i reckon.

so to all those who have donated, this is what i look at to get me through! and i'll say it again thank you very much! your support keeps me going!

Day 21

Woke up today on FIRE!!! Feeling really good today, In Mind, Body and Soul.

Not really hanging for a beer at all today, just hitting the water, 10 hour shift at work and still roaring to go.

have also changed my diet a little, No Nuts + Chips Bikkies dip n kabana etc that come with my beer and im not smoking the fags cos im not drinking (im a Drunk smoker)

Im Sleeping well again now, solid Sleep and waking up fine unlike last week when i was broken sleep all night and waking up wrecked.

Motivation is up too :)

On the countdown now but im going to try curb my Drink intake for the long haul, drop back to only a couple of beers a few nights a week instead of a 6pk a night Mon - Thur and 1-2 slabs on Fri, Sat, Sun.

Thanks again for the support i wouldnt have been able to do it without the Support!!!!

GoGo
I remember the sleep well nights when I abstained for 3 months.
I obviously enjoy the wake up at 3 and no real sleep from there instead.
If dry one month look at 12. It wil enpower you.
