Dicko has posted - F&F about to post, the fun is certainly about to start. To make things better - I have some time off from next week, so should actually be able to put the thing together (in between the list of 1000 things 'approved' by the Mrs).

Dunno mate - am still at work. I expect there may be a blue slip (collection slip) when I get home :-). May not be able to collect tomorrow anyway, cos I'll be at work, but if I can't then I'm likely to be able to get your package and F&F's both on monday (start of my holidays)

Yeh - funny. I think I posted that message at about 8pm. I stop getting paid at 5pm ;-). Was taking a quick sanity break.

Chooper has arrived

Wife was home when the postman came :D

It looks fantastic Dicko. The picture doesn't do it full credit.

I'm very excited - but the Mrs is less so. She's convinced it's going to kill a chook

"Woo Hoo"
The picture it was only a concept shot.
Clearance around the door is to stop binding but I don't think Rats /Mice will fit through.

Is the opening big enough for chooks?

The chooks will learn to think on their toes!,
It will make them hard to catch though,

(Seriously) With the stuff F&F is sending up, the door can be speed regulated to a safe.
speed but if you have a problem, there is an item available called a "Pulse Generator" that will squirt air for about 0.8 seconds when you apply air to it, then shut off.

This could be aimed into the doorway , connected to the "down" air supply it would startle the chooks out from under the chopper by giving a short blast of air at them.
Simple and effective
(And yeah, I've got one for you if its needed ,)
