Smart meters rule :headbang: despite the fact that I am still using more kW than I produce my bills are in credit because I pay less for the electricity I use then what I get for what I produce.

Still feels like I am scamming the government, but I think I can live with it

Turns out after they checked the system that one plug wasnt connected properly. So probably canceling out several panels. Today was heavy cloud for most of the morning and it produced 11.1kwh which is the highest ever. Also the wattage wasnt jumping all over the place like before, with it jumping around by hundreds of watts.

Great to hear you had success. Watch the money come in now :-P

Had our system installed today, two weeks earlier then expected
Panels upgraded from Canadian to Suntech at no cost because of delivery delays.
Still need to get the inspector, wait till March for the next meter read to change the el. supplier and then another wait for a new meter.
Will be a long wait. :-x

The power of a sunny day eh, we have made 20.5kwh so far and should get to 21. Meter reading at 5.30 tonight 1kwh LESS than the reading same time yesterday, and that was with a 300w aquarium heater running in the jade tank overnight.
Have system on pvoutput.org and entering daily readings manually for now. System called Aquaponipower :D

Hi Mantis - are you feeding back to Grid?
My PV System produced 9kWh today... of which only 3.9kWh went back to grid... on the computer too long today.

Sorry to hijack but regarding taxation on produced kW/hr
Assuning you pay income tax, wont this power generation be classed as income, even if it is net measured for electricity account.
