My Wife is a keen Knitter and loves dying her own wool etc...

She spotted "200 Gram skeins of undyed wool"

Bidded bout 15 bucks thinking they were a good buy Each..... Went to pick up as it wasnt far from home..... 200 of them.... it was supposed to say 200 x 200g skeins of wool

She felt bad an offered the person $50 for the lot as they were clearing out a Deceaced estate and had no idea........

with the recent threads about "alternative" energy , this might be of interest to some.
I got this LED light that runs on "free" electricity - via the phone socket.
costs literally $0 to run and works even if there is a power blackout.

even shaped like a dolphin to please the greenies....

I dont think Telstra would like that very much.
Make sure you hide it if the phone lines stop working, you wouldnt want to have to pay to replace melted phone lines!

don't think 12 small LEDs will draw enough current to fry any wires.
It's my way of getting back at Helstra lol

Good idea but it could cause problems on the network which could injure someone working on the lines.
