LOL Steve! Love the pics...

I have no cool fire stories myself but I do remember that the grade after me had a bonfire at their post formal party (which was a secret as my school would suspend us for having them, not a good deterent though..)... anyway, some drunken twit thought it would be interesting to see what happened to metho when put into the fire. Some kids ended up with some funky burns... and the school (of course) found out....

punishment....

all the senior badges were taken off them - no longer considered leaders.
all the prefects were demoted....

Oh well... bet they didn't put that on their CVs...

LOL

PS Steve, I particularly liked the mower... you're right, fuel would have been wasted...

yeh............keep them comming..............good ideas................:)

Its fun when you put a hand full of 'ramset' thingyies into a mates barbie.......mix them in with the old coals..........take a good 30 minutes for them to get hot enoguh to explode, then they go off a few at a time :) last time i did it they were still going off on his third BBQ :)

I like metho, its clean burning, burns with a cooler flame (also a more invisible one) and is easily obtainable without it looking like you're planning an arson attack :)

theres another cool thing, only works some times though............get a thick glass bottle and 1/2 fill it with any type of oil, vegetable will do. place it in some coals from your latest camp fire or barbie, making sure the outlet is pointing towards some flames, and prefferable away from people :) Great looking flame gyser that last AGES as long as the bottle doesn't break........which oftern happens...........DO NOT leave the lid on.

I probably shouldn't put such detaled instructions incase kids are reading..............probably should edit this post? yes?

Hell, what am i worried about? it take about 30 seconds to find plans on how to make high explosives on the net  if this is the worst they can find then there is something wrong

I'm glad mine can't read yet. I found the two-year old with a box of matches the other day! EEEPP!
Fortunately, she'd peed all over them already!
