I happened to stumble across this post and saw my name mentioned. For the record, I have no relationship with the Aquaponic Institute. When they first started, they asked me to help them out as an "adviser" and do some kind of training in Puerto Rico, which I have not assisted with either.

Well sometimes there are people out there that needs to pay for something in order to feel that they are getting value. Free information can be seen as sub-standard information and paid information can be seen as premium material. Although the quality of the content might be the same.
