I need the stainless welded to make the beer and spirits. otherwise i'm forever limited to a mere 5L boiler

hehehe, 5L is the legal size for a still here...........for purified water ofcourse

yeah the whole thing is a bit of a grey area. the industry has something of a nod and a wink from liquior licensing.. it's ok to sell the gear but not the alcohol, because heaven forbid the government should miss out on a single tax dollar.
I want a bigger setup purely so i can make bigger batches and not have to brew so often. it's also good when you want to age something, if your going to wait 1 - 5 years for something you better make the most of it.

yep, nothing like 30L of ..............water............between 3 people.........last batch I think it was running 19hrs straight

Timmy, mate..... If I'd known what you were going to do after you fixed your still, I'd never have lent you the welder.....
