I too am on a somewhat of a raw diet and this has been my go to for recipes. http://www.fromsadtoraw.com/RawRecipes.htm
I’ve been doing my fish in a ceviche.

Raw is hard to do and gets expensive… especially when buying nuts in bulk. We also just spent an arm and leg on a ridiculous dehydrator which makes it easier. GOOD LUCK!

My wife Leila is heavily into the raw food thing. She has a blog on it. Lots of green juices, green smoothies, other smoothies. I could probably survive without ever having to chew. We have a dehydrator too. I call it the gugenheim as it bears a similarity and its like art that goes into that thing. Dehydrated everything! Flax seed crackers. Yum!

Anyway I got super inspired by the sushi idea. I happened to have a recently deceased trout of sizable proportions. So I got to work on it with my most sharp knife. Sadly the knife, a mere 3 inches long, was not really up for the job. It cut brilliantly but just way to short. Not easy filleting a trout! Damn slippery things...

I did however succeed in creating a couple of ok pieces. Sadly no lemon so I used some pineapple juice and salt and pepper. Pretty damn nice I can report.

Now I know what I want for xmas!

Oh yes here is a good high fiber idea Leila does. Juicer pulp crackers done in the dehydrator. She mixes it with other stuff though.

www.welikeitraw.com is the raw food blog she frequents. Its not actually her blog. Her blog is on her website which is www.issimyafrika.com but it's not very specific to raw food. More art and illustration...

www.therawfoodchef.com for fancy stuff

www.therawfoodcoach.com is another one.
