Do you use a bread Maker or make it yourself in an oven etc...

my missus and i are really interested in making our own bread, but have never really looked into it all that much... we talk about it lots....

Jamie,
I make it by hand. It's quite easy to do once you have the hang of it, and it doesn't really take that long. If I'm feeling very good, I even grind the flour myself.
An outdoor oven is on the books. Not long now
All the bread currently is baked in a conventional oven.

Its always good to have a couple of glasses of water before you fall asleep after a bender, makes waking up in the morning a whole lot easier and less painful.

nahhh...mindset makes it 8pm... then good sleep and wake up and go to work again.. but when you wake at 3 or 4 in the afternoon, the idea of a drink is the same as first thing in the morning..

the best day to do it is after working new years eve... get home... everyone has a hangover... so grab a jimmy beam and watch them all turn green......

I'm having a couple cold ones.

I filled my 200 gallon container w/ 100 gallons of used fish tank water and water from the tap, and I added some over grown clown loaches to get things started. My tilapia arrived, and they are smaller than peas. I have some fish growing to do. They're in an established fry tank for the time being.

Rinsed 8 bags of lava rocks. My fingers are looking pretty buffed. ...a little red around the edges. Moving right along!

and did I say I'm having a couple cold ones?
