hmmm i wonder if i can find my mums old hand mill maybe i can make my own flour ?

You may be better off growing other high protein crops like yam, sweet potato and other root vegetables.
I am trying sweet potato and white potatoes (Delaware I think).

i do like sweet potatos but i love bread
