I think you should go easy with your gross generalisations.

If you look at Animals Australia site and the RSPCA site you will find it is not a "gross generalization" at all, in fact it's been going on for quite a while and our government has done as little as possible to stop it, even the government site where they detail all the reports about animal abuse (export related) show that they have achieved nothing.

I have been losing my respect for the RCPCA over the last year or so and the way Animals Australia goes about their business they will never get my respect.

I don't understand what you mean, personally I have much respect for anyone who tries to protect animals from cruelty and no respect at all for people who condone animal abuses. But that's just the way I see it.
