It is not a function in firefox, (that I know of). I just made a quick and dirty webpage, with one frame which contained this site. I then set a meta refresh on the index page, which refreshed the frames.

Firefox is the greatest internet browser (for the PC). I pity all the people here still using Internet Explorer. Tabbed browsing is fantastic, I can open a weeks worth of posts in one window and work through them gradually. If I leave the computer for any stretch of time, I just 'refresh all tabs' and the threads are updated. Magic. Plus it is stacks more secure than IE.

i have had it for a while, but "forget" to use it, i'm so used to IE.

It is faster though.

Can you give me a quick synopsis of tabbed browsing?

You can have both open and running at the same time, I use both simultaneously quite often - Firefox is my default (some places Firefox doesn't work hence the 2)
