Tropfest is the world’s largest short film festival (according to them). This year my cousin Craig is a finalist with his film White Lines, which he wrote, directed and produced. The film is apparently not about the West Coast Eagles

The finalist films will be shown at Princess May Park (also known as the place the kids run around while you drink beer at Clancy’s in Freo) on the night of the 17th Feb, and it’s free. Other Aus wide venues are on the
Tropfest site on the same date. I think they will also be
live streamed on the same day. After they are shown there will be an Australian Idol style SMS poll for a viewers choice winner, but I think only for those who attend
