One of our lakes here that filled for the first time this year was stocked with 10000 rainbow yearlings back in about April. Heard that some were biting so went for a drive and caught this one with a scrub worm dug from the lakes edge. He put on some great aerial gymnastics which was a lot of fun :D
Stopped at the river on the way home and picked a fat fistfull of wild asparagus
So the hunter gatherer had a good day :)

Natimuk lake, about 20km west of Horsham. The reddies should go well in time as well, as a little bird told me that someone chucked a few thousand reddy fingerlings in there early in the year
