We thought we would share a trick that we use with our tomatoes, basic concept, works great and it's a cheap method.

Neat idea, is that to protect from insects/caterpillars?
They'd last a few seasons too I'm guessing?

As soon as we see the tomatoes developing, we put on a stocking to keep all the pests off it. We do this to most of our fruit and veggies. It expands as the fruit gets bigger and we re-use them as often as we like.
