Post subject:  Moringa Oleifer

I've been reading through the many posts here on Moringa but can't find any reference to GB depth, I sure that it would need to be a lot deeper than a normal GB.

What I want to do is try one Moringa Oleifer seedling in a cutoff blue barrel. Does anyone have any suggestions on GB depth? I'm thinking maybe 600mm to 800mm to allow for the larger root system?

I've grown 2 Moringa in barrels for a couple of years now but they haven't been a brilliant success and being in Melbourne the weather is definitely no help.

They are wheeled in under cover at night to avoid any frost and I know I'll have to provide cover for frost if I grow it in a AP system.

My wife cooks with the leaves in many of her Filipino dishes and we are very happy with 2 plants we call "The Twins".
