My plan is to use as much of the fish as possible once I harvest them. I know that some people tan fish skins and turn them into leather like this site shows

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried this? Do you think the fish that would be produced in an aquaponics setup would be to small for it to be worth it? And any ideas on what you could do with the fish leather pieces? I was thinking of putting them together and making some thing but Im not sure what, maybe book covers or gloves...
