Anyone able to tell me where I could source a good fish cutting board with a clip and also a quality filleting knife?? Something that would last for a while and also not too expensive... |

Good to see youre ready to eat a few! When you get a knife I find the thinner the better for the actual filleting. They sell them in any fishing shop. It wants to have some flex in it so you can push down horizontally on it but still allows the handle to angle up a bit. As far as filleting a fish without getting any bones in the fillet, barramundi are one of the easier ones to do with little wastage. |

Is a few ivan but most department stores like KMART have them in fishing section, around $20-$30 will get a good knife and possibly a board, but cutting boards are even in the $2 shop, |
